Viscosity, tribological and physicochemical features of ZnO and MoS2 diesel oil-based nanofluids: An experimental study

In this research, two different diesel oil-based nanofluids were prepared and the influence of temperature nanoparticle content examined on viscosity, tribological, physicochemical features oil. The kinematic viscosity samples was experimentally evaluated based standard ASTM D445. greatest increment diagnosed at 0.7 wt% 100 °C for both nanofluids. anti-friction behavior studied utilizing a pin-on-disc tribometer. acquired outcomes revealed that ZnO MoS2 nanoparticles (NPs) could promote tribological characteristics pure By analyzing friction coefficient values line roughness wear surface (Ra), an optimal concentration found to be around 0.4 wt%, respectively. factor pumping power also measured diverse flow rates showing enhanced by incorporation nanoparticles.
